For guests who have a late departure, we offer DAY ROOM = US$40 per person. The room comprises an outside sitting area, an indoor resting area
(with 2 beds) and a bathroom (shower + toilet).
Rates

Rates published include levy tax and service charge. Rates don’t include VAT.

Rates are per room and per number of persons occupying the room

Rates include the use of the swimming-pool

Rates don’t include extras like for example drinks, telephone, laundry, walking & other activities fees

The contract rates, terms and conditions mentioned in this agreement are subject to change without notice, however every effort will be made to maintain them.In the event of a change in government taxes, levies Ambureni Coffee Lodge reserves the right to pass these on to the agent.
Festive Seasons

A supplement is required for Festive Season: 20 US$ per person per night on 24,25,26,30,31 Dec 2022 and 01st Jan 2023
Transfers

Transfer can be arranged to/from Kilimanjaro & Arusha airport for 50 US$ one way (up to 4 passengers)

Transfers to/from other areas can also be arranged, price on request
Booking Policy

Your request will be replied as soon as possible with the status if confirmed or waitlisted

50% is required for any confirmed booking and balance should be paid 30 days before arrival of clients.

Bookings must include the following information:

Name of the clients/group

Number of adults
-
Number of children + their age
-
Type of room required: single/double/children sharing

Meals plan: B&B/Half Board/Extra meal/Lunchbox

Estimated arrival and departure time

In case of transfer: Flight number / Airport / Hour of arrival

Name of booking officer + contact details (phone+e- mail)

Special requirements: diet, honeymoon, birthday
Cancellation Policy
Any confirmed booking cancelled, reduced length, or number of occupancy is treated as cancellation under following conditions:

Between 60 days and 45 days before arrival will be charged 50% of full amount to be paid as cancellation fee.

Between 45 days and 15 days before arrival will be charged 75 % of full amount to be paid as cancellation fee.

Any days less 15 days before or no show will be charged 100% of full amount to be paid
Confidentiality

The agent confirms that the above contract, rates and terms and conditions are strictly confidential and that no portion of this agreement may be divulged to a third party.
Sending any booking to Ambureni Coffee Lodge means you have read, understood and agreed with all our terms and conditions for reservations and payment procedure.
